Rug Buying Made Easy

Nantucket Home offers a 30-day Rug return policy! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, you may return it. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges or may return any item directly to the Nantucket Home showroom. Rugs 5×8 or larger are subject to a 20% return fee. Custom Rugs can not be returned.

Please call for an RMA number and return shipping address. Please ship the rug in its original packaging along with a copy of the receipt.

When the rug is returned to Capel the account will be credited the cost of the rug less the original freight to the customer.

 
IMPORTANT: We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for its full purchase price in case of loss or damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier you choose for shipping your returned merchandise.
Do not fold or apply tape to any surface of the item or rug.

The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged it may be refused or incur a 20% service fee and the shipping cost.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Custom items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect. For damaged items, we will gladly provide a replacement. Rug pads that have been opened may not be returned for credit.

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states for orders over $100. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders shipping to our store for pick-up. We ship via UPS, UPS Freight and a network of common carriers.
